Winner of the 2019 NECA EXCELLENCE AWARDS (NSW) in the SMALL PROJECT category.

The new corporate Jaguar Land Rover Headquarters at Alexandria features state-of-the-art training and development facilities. The fitout consisted of a two level office and vehicle charging station.

The large electric vehicle charging station was designed to showcase Jaguar Land Rover’s Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles. The facility has capabilities to charge up to thirteen vehicles, ensuring the new headquarters  is EV-ready.

PM Electric worked closely with site surveyors in the planning phase of the project, to provide accurate grid reference marks in the concrete slab to feed services to all 3 levels. Quality control was maintained using these grid reference lines as well as the engagement of Bluebeam Revu to ensure 100% success rate in dimensions.

An Energy Management System was installed to monitor the building loads for the switchboards. This enabled the energy measurements to be recorded and in turn, assess the available load to turn on chargers to the electronic vehicles as required.

PM Electric was onsite from day one till completion to provide the highest quality of fitout in a safe work environment.

The Project was completed over 12 weeks.
