‘The Hayesbery’ project in Rosebery NSW, was an extensive transformation of four separated heritage-listed buildings, into a state-of-the-art flagship office space to house Goodman headquarters,  Australia’s leading industrial & commercial real estate developers and managers.

Goodman’s vision was to minimise the changes to the heritage fabric and challenge industry thinking of what workspaces should be.

Lighting played a large part in this project’s success: from indirect lighting to complement the saw tooth roof design and original raw walls, to the almost invisible cabling system (through underfloor voids), to showcasing the interiorscaping.

PM Electric employed a dynamic approach to problem solving and design changes and came up with bespoke installation techniques to mount light fittings, emergency lighting, sensors, and cable containment to compliment the industrial feel of the design.

Within 12 weeks, a flowing and harmonious work environment was created.
