6000m2 over 4 floors in the prestigious Quay Quarter Tower at 50 Bridge Street, Sydney. This fit out project for the innovative tech-driven financial trading firm included:

 

• Detailed design with high tech AV

• Commercial kitchen 

• Modification of base build ceilings and services, specialty wall finishes and ceiling finishes and internal greenery areas within the joinery items

• Curved, suspended lighting systems

• UPS system

• Dynalite lighting control

• Comms cabling

 

Siren Design Group, the project creators, won the Better Future, Sydney Design Awards 2023 for Interior Design – Corporate.
